Letter to the Future is a platform for personal writing and reflection. Its purpose is to help people listen to themselves through conscious writing. It does not offer medical, psychological or professional advice.

3.2 Not a substitute for professional assistance

If you are experiencing an emotional crisis, suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate help from qualified professionals or emergency services in your area.

The use of this website does not substitute professional help or emergency services.

3.3 User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content of the letters they write, save or publish. Letter to the Future is not responsible for personal data or statements that users decide to include in their texts, nor for the effects derived from their publication.

3.4 Content moderation and limits

Letter to the Future does not perform prior or continuous supervision of letters sent or published by users. However, the platform reserves the right, on its own initiative or after receiving a notification, to review, edit or delete public letters that:

• Contain offensive or discriminatory language.
• Promote violence, hatred or self-harm.
• Include personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Violate the law or undermine the values of the project.

This review process is reactive and not systematic, and is carried out only when there is a reasonable cause or specific complaint.

3.5 Limitation of liability

Letter to the Future will not be responsible for damages, losses or consequences arising from the use of the service, nor for the interpretation of content published by users. The service is offered "as is", for reflective and personal purposes, without guarantee of specific results.
