Hi future me,

September 14th. I’m sitting with notes spread across the floor like a crime scene. The exam is coming and my brain is doing the classic trick: turning every chapter into a mountain and every mistake into a prophecy.

If you’re reading this after the fact, please tell me you didn’t self-sabotage with perfectionism. Studying isn’t about “feeling ready.” It’s about showing up, doing the reps, and trusting that messy practice counts.

Do the boring plan:
- 25 minutes focused
- 5 minutes break
- one past paper
- mark it honestly
- repeat

No drama. No late-night panic scrolling. No “I’ll start tomorrow.” Start now, small.

And please: sleep. You think you’re stealing time from the night, but you’re really borrowing clarity from tomorrow.

Also, remember why you’re doing this. Not to prove worth. Not to earn love. Just to open a door you want to walk through.

Even if you didn’t get the grade you wanted, you are still you. You still have options. But I’m rooting for you to surprise yourself.
