You have a memory from 2025-05-22

Sent date: 14-08-2025
Hey you,

May 22nd. I’m tired of rushing through days just to collapse into them at night. It feels like life is something that happens in between obligations.

If you’re reading this, I hope you slowed at least one thing down. Ate without multitasking. Walked without headphones. Finished a task and let yourself feel done.

Time doesn’t expand when you squeeze it harder. It expands when you’re present enough to notice it.

Your life is not a waiting room. Try to inhabit it.
